We understand that sometimes our physics-based 3D game design courses might not meet your expectations. That's why we've created a straightforward refund policy that protects your investment while ensuring fair use of our educational resources.
Full refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for all learning programs, provided less than 25% of the course content has been accessed.

Refund Process & Timeline
Getting your refund is straightforward. We've streamlined the process to make it as simple as possible, though we do need to verify eligibility to prevent abuse of our generous policy.

Eligibility Review
Our team reviews your account activity and purchase history within 2-3 business days to confirm eligibility under our policy terms.
Account Adjustment
Once approved, we'll revoke course access and initiate the refund process. You'll receive confirmation via email within 24 hours.
Payment Processing
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company.

We process refunds through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Different payment methods have varying processing times, and we want you to know what to expect.

- Third-party integrations and add-ons
- Gift subscriptions redeemed by recipients
- Courses purchased with promotional credits
However, if you're experiencing issues with any of these items, we encourage you to reach out. We often provide store credits, course exchanges, or other accommodations even when full refunds aren't available.
